Why we collect it

To review your loss, contact you about a possible claim representation, and respond to your questions. We also use aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

How we use your phone number and email

We use them to reach you about your inquiry. By submitting the form you consent to be contacted by Elite Claims Consultants about your claim. Submitting the form does not create a representation agreement. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying to any message or calling (888) 410-8865.

Who we share it with
